Ecthyma Gangrenosum Symptoms - Oren Zarif

If you have ever noticed red, inflamed skin, you might have ecthyma gangrenosum. This skin infection is caused by a bacterial invasion of the blood vessels in the skin and subcutaneous tissue. Bacteria can enter these vessels directly or through a wound. In either case, the bacterial infection will cause a variety of symptoms, including inflammation, oedema, pustule formation, and haemorrhage.
